I’m not having any issue in XFCE on x11/xorg with a 164Hz main screen @2560x1400, and a 60Hz second screen set vertically @1080x1920. Just using the display manager config provided by XFCE.

Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
