I had my knees crack for as long as I can remember. I was a fit kid and everything. I’ve always wondering what that was about.
I think some of us are just more prone to snap-crackle-popping. I consistently pop my knees, fingers, back, and even neck every day.
One bad move, and you’ll unlock spectator mode.
Its just a gas that causes it
Some docter did it with his hands for years. No issues.
Won a nobel prize.
I cracked every joint in my body, as well as my neck and back while reading this. The ankle is probably the most satisfying. It feels so good 🤤
Hip and collarbone are my favs
Elbows for me. My arms go to roughly 175 degrees instead of 180, so if I try to extend them further they crack
Same here. The whole gym echoes as I do heavy back squats with my cracking knees but there’s never been any pain so I’ll just keep doing it.
Have you tried stretching? I have had this same issue for years, also with back pain, and have finally started seeing a physical therapist. She has had me doing a lot of stretches and using a roller on the leg muscles and I can already feel the difference after only a few sessions.
Anyone rocking sandy-sounding knees when going up stairs or just me?! 😩
Going down stairs and it’s creaking leather. Like an old belt being twisted.
Up and down for me… real crunchy patellas 😂
Not knees but ankles
Both for me I cancontinuously make a cracking sound with ankle if I twist my foot around in a circular motion. My knees only crack every few minutes though if I bend down and stand up again
Colonel, I’m dummy-thicc but the crack of my kneecaps keeps alerting the guards!
The older you get, the louder it gets.
Gaurd be like: I used to be an adventurer like you, but then I took arthritis to the knees.

Ahh yes, welcome to your 40s.
…This isn’t supposed to happen until your 40s…?
[concern intensifies]
[cracking since my late 10s]
… what?!?
Cracking since before I was 10 lol
But I’m only 25.
